which psu is better for my HTPC ?

my htpc would include a pentium pentium gold g5420 , 8gb ram and MSI H310M PRO-VDH PLUS motherboard a small form factor Deep cool case

3 psu comes under my budget which are available in my country right now

number 1 : https://www.ryanscomputers.com/bundle-with-pc-thermaltake-toughpower-sfxforl-small-form-factor-casing-450w-80plus-gold-certified-fully-modular-power-supply-ps-stp-0450fpcgeu-g

number 2: https://www.ryanscomputers.com/bundle-with-pc-cooler-master-elite-600w-v3-atx-non-modular-power-supply-mpw-6001-acabn1-cn

number 3: https://www.ryanscomputers.com/bundle-with-pc-gigabyte-gp-p450b-450w-non-moduler-80-plus-bronze-certified-psu

please suggest which one would be idle for long, quiet , stable and reliable computing .

I would upgrade my components later but right now i only would use this pc for office work , content consumption lots of netflixing and movie watching , very very light photo editing using photoshop.

What's your budget and needs, or are you hard set on those two models?

If that's what you're limited to I'd go with Antec simply because of the higher wattage and because they've been making PSUs longer (though, I don't know who the actual manufacturer is of the Gigabyte PSU).

If someone else seeing this knows about this Gigabyte PSU line and can add details, please do.  If it's a good manufacturer that might change an opinion.

The Antec is a Tier D on the current PSU tiers list.  This model of Gigabyte PSU isn't there at all.

You could also check out this thread, and likely find recommendations that are in the same range (around $50 USD based on your selection)...noting you didn't say where you're buying the PSU.
