How to setup wifi on x570 tomahawk wifi

So i basically just installed windows, put the wifi antennae in the back and wifi is not showing up for me. Did i do something wrong?

Yes.. you need to install the drivers...

Did you install the drivers?  Don't forget to go into the Windows settings and take care of things in there too.
