AC Black Flag big sad

Hello people. I have small problem with assasin's creed black flag. After playing between 30 minutes and 2 hours (it's different every time) the game crashes. The problem part is that no matter what I do I can't make it run again. I have to reinstall the game every time. Does anyone have any idea ( I mean I know it's poorly coded) why this happens and what can I do about.
P.S: My rig has an

i5-6500,

8gb ddr3 (I know that I would need more, talk to my wallet)

gtx 1070

Run stability tests. Prime 95 & Unigine Superposition looped for a couple of hours to see what is unstable.
