Asus Tuf VG27A

I've had my Asus VG27A for about 9 months now and when certain programs launch i get a noticeable flicker in the display. The monitor is currently running at the advertised 165Hz overclock in g-sync compatibility mode with elmb sync on as well. The program I notice the most is Ryzen Master but it only happens on the warning splash screen and once the program launches it goes away. The second program I notice it is the Haltech ESP software for programming car ECUs. Curious if anyone has experienced similar problems and or have a fix for the problem before I reach out to asus for a RMA
