Monitor randomly turning off and pc getting loud

Says it all in the title, my monitor suddenly turns off and my pc fans ramp up. idk why this is happening. I have tried updating my drivers. I have a feeling it may be related to me turning on G Sync as the issue started happening after I enabled it. Sometimes when I turn on my pc I also get some green and pink lines  and I have to wait in the bios for a couple of minutes and then leave to get back to Windows.

1TB Sabrent Rocket SSD

4TB Toshiba X300 HDD
