Is Corsair's customer support somewhat horrible?

Hello, I'm asking if Corsair's customer support is a bit awful or not because I had somewhat of a weird experience. Basically, I contacted them about a reseller of theirs not providing accurate information to their consumers and straight up not responding to any of their messages. They, for some reason, said that the store is not an authorized reseller of theirs. Now, the weird thing is that their website has that store listed as a reseller. Reason why I even bothered to contact them about a reseller of theirs is because this particular reseller is the only reseller of theirs in my country and has so far been poorly handling their customers. Has anyone else ever had a weird experience like this with their customer support?

Corsair customer support has always been top notch for me. One of the best in my experience.

Sounds like you have issues with reseller, go ask them why they advertising they official re-sellers when they are not offical re-sellers.

At to topic title - I have not had great experiences in the last year with Corsair CS.  

 

As to the topic body - if its a reseller you have to work through them first, until you have exhausted that, depending on consumer protection laws, they may or may not be required to help you

Corsair had one of the best customer support experiences of my life.

 

I contacted them asking for help troubleshooting a loud PSU I had, and they immediately offered to upgrade me to a more powerful and silent one free of charge. They sent it to me with a return package for my old one. The entire thing was done within a few days.

From what I've heard they have great customer service. They even have a guy in this forum @Corsair Nick for support I think so that's great

They're listed on Corsair's website as official resellers.

Sometimes the Products are a mess, like the first versions of iCue when it was new.

But the Forum-Support has always done its best in my opinion.

Also the documentation is...not even existing for a lot of things. But thats also not the fault of the support-guys.
