3080 FE Warzone Low FPS and stutters

coneil3822

Hello I'm running the game at max settings, rtx off 1440p and I'm getting between 100-140 fps. I was expecting alot more. My CPU is a 3800x. I also experience large fps drops and stutters ingame. When i look at the gpu usage it drops right down then jumps back up when the stutter occur. Any help or advice would be amazing.

it's good practice to DDU old drivers and reinstall fresh ones when replacing your gpu.

Make sure your internet isn't the issue and understand sometimes it's the games fault and I wouldn't be surprised that a COD game is unoptimized.

Interesting, I have a 3090 and a 3700x, and get about 140 in warzone, but was hoping for higher.

During the day I have been having drops while working, Skype/teams noticeably, but it doesn't appear to be long enough, or bad enough for other work tools to be affected.

Will get onto my ISP, as their tool says broadband is completely fine.

CoD is very cpu bound. You'd probably get at least 10 more frames with a 10900k/10850k/10700k/10600k 9900k etc
