Cheap Vs Expensive brands display build quality

Hello, i’m new to the forum.

i’ve been watching LTT for quite some time now. Thought joining the forum would be fun and positive.
 

 Apologies if i start topics or video requests sometimes out of curiosity.

 

Anyone ever took apart the internals of different display brands out of curiosity to see how different they are from each other.
 

Because i have been using a 5 year old used 1080p60 monitor from Philips and its still great while a friend of mine has been using a better curved IPS display which is cheaper and a relatively unknown brand called nvision and it is starting to have problems already. Is this just maybe in his situation.

 

Don’t know why but local or unknown and cheap brands are becoming popular around my area and i have mostly stuck to the proven ones.
