RTX 3070 with 600W PSU

I have a 600W Thermaltake 80+ Gold PSU

Other Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3600

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A

RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4

1x 500GB SSD

1x 2TB HDD

 

Would my PSU be able to handle an RTX 3070?

and another question, would an RTX 3070 even be good upgrade or would there be too much bottlenecking? (currently using a GTX 1660S)

Whether or not it bottlenecks kind of depends on your monitor. If its like 4k or 1440p likely no. If it is 1080p it might.

3600+ 3070 is a decent pairing.  Depends on your resolution and games, really.  1440p, is where it will shine.

 

PSU will be fine, power wise.  You won't even pull 500w from the wall full load.

The 3600 is very powerful, berely even bottlenecking the 3080. The 3070 is a perfect fit for this cpu. Concerning the power supply you should also be good just be careful with overclocking but even then you should be good.
