How to Clone to a larger drive?

I want to clone my POP_OS 320gb to a 1tb drive. How do I adjust the partition sizes with the extra space on a 1tb drive? What's the most headache free software and effective for this?

The best software to do this is dd. Here's a nice little guide on the basics of how to do this. Then once the clone is done you can expand the partition.
