Which is the better option?

Hey, I was just wondering which would be best for 1080p 144Hz gaming.

My two options are:

Ryzen 5 3600 ($343) + RTX 2060 ($549)

Ryzen 5 2600 ($243) + RTX 2060 Super ($598)

 

Thanks in advance! (btw the most intense games I would be playing would be Assassin's Creed or SOTR)

Scrape a few extra bucks together and get the 3600X and 2060S or 2070.
