I need help with my asus H61-plus

My h61-plus when I plug the power cable and turn it's on to play some game but the pc don't do anything so I open the side panel plug the power cable one more time the green light on the MB is on but noting happen when I click on the power button I try to recable everything inc: front panel. Now I can't do anything. Pls help.......
