Fedora 32 different scaling on different monitors

When using display settings the monitor scales are linked together. One monitor is at 4k and the other is 1440p. I want to set the 4K monitor to 200% scale and 1440p to 100% scaling but it is not letting me. I tried to use xrandr but it kept making things weird. If anyone knows how to do it that would be great. My monitors are on DP-2 and DP-4. 

 

Any help would be appreciated thanks
