I am confused about SSD need help

I have a galax a320m mother board and I want to use as wd green sata m.2 SSD in it can I use it in this motherboard or it will not work.??

The M.2 socket features PCIe gen3x4 32Gbps AND SATA3 6Gbps. The SSD you listed is not NVMe storage but SATA. You can see 2 notches in the SSD connector which indicates B+M key, which is always SATA.

Storage ：

M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 32Gbps compatible with SATA

4* SATA 6Gbps

TL;DR yes it will work.

So as @Naijin said, it will work, but your motherboard supports faster speeds and you might want to take advantage of it using an NVME SSD. It will be more expensive, however the speeds are much higher.
