This is a good power supplie? How can be categorize it? I am very confuse because it is very cheap :p

Most likely not you want to spend the money on a reliable psu fry a brand you know that you can trust. Corsair and EVGA are good brands for psu's

Not that price and brand name always equals quality, but seeing "very cheap" and "Redragon" doesn't exactly inspire confidence, especially with something as important as a PSU. I would assume it's a probably a cheap rebranded PSU as well and would definitely avoid.

Don't buy that it is to cheap. Redragon isn't known for psu's and you will have no idea if is reliable or not

jk. while its not going to blow up your house, there is probably a great risk to silicon and internals alike. consider something else, like seasonic, evga, corsair. or even better: look for a psu that meets your budget from here!

Brand =/= quality. 
 

EVGA has a PSU I can think of that is equal to, if not worse, than this one.

EVGA have a lot of crappy/average units in their lineup. Go look at the psu teir list and you will see there are a lot of models that are Tier C or below.

In short - no.

Long answer would be - we don't know because there are no reviews of it, but wattage label suggests that it's group regulated unit, and it's price suggests that there were some cheaping down involved ... So at best it's tier D according to our tier list methodology, most likely tier E.
