into the headers on the motherboard for the fans. your mobo manual will tell you where the headers are, and what they are for, ie cpu fan, water pump, case fans, ect. the mobo itself should be labeled next to the headers as well. these will plug into the 4 pin headers just fine.

It was a prebuilt so i don’t have my mother board manual is. All I know it that my mother board is MATX and is ASrock branded.

your motherboard will probably have multiple, the picture is just an example of what you need to look for. if your mobo only has 1 or 2, rather than 3, you will need to either use a hub or adapter, or just pick which fans to use, and which not to use.

Fan headers, as pictured above.

Make sure you plug the CPU cooler fan into the one marked CPU FAN.

Everything should be marked on the motherboard.

I’m very confused about this.. my old case has these plugs in the image below but my new case doesn’t have these plugs. Btw my new case is the ICUE 220T Corsair case.

Yeah I did that but now I’m trying to plug into the fans that are on my case, there’s three of them and they all have the same plugs.

That's a molex connector, is that for the fans? If so, they are used to connect the fans directly to the power supply. The newer case likely has fans that use either a 3 pin or 4 pin fan header, these plug into the motherboard.

Yep molex connector, becoming less prevalent in the consumer space (they were crap anyway)

Right. So you plug it in there.

You might not have 3 available. OEM motherboards aren't great.

Buy a fan hub, fan splitter, or plug in one fan.

Plug into your motherboard.  Just look for whatever might fit.  Unless your motherboard has some special color scheme, usually the socket is white and fits only 1 way.  Otherwise you have to buy a molex to 3 pin converter which shouldn't be more than a couple bucks.

Does it matter how many pins they have? The piece in the motherboard has 4 pins but the cord for the fan only has 3.

It only fits on one way. It'll still plug in.

Heres another pic

This is my motherboard.  The red circled area is where the fan power plugs in.  In some cases only 3 pins will be used.

Just don't mix them. Number of pins matters only when controlling fans.

E: Merged threads. Please don't post multiple times about same thing. To molex question. If fan has both 3pin and molex, only use one of them. Using both can cause issues.
