Help with a couple problems (infinite getting windows ready screen and weird website)

Hello! 

 

I just ran into a couple of weird problems, the first one was that when I powered on my laptop, it got stuck in "getting windows ready" screen, but I didn't installed any updates (Im using windows 10 1909), has anyone came across that problem? 

 

The second one was that my av (bitdefender) sent me a notificacion about a suspicious connection blocked to a website called pc-musem, but I never went to that page, I dont even know what it is, it said something about a unmatching security certificate, does anyone have any idea where it could have came from?
