Motherboard for 10700k? Cooler for it also?

Got the chance to snag a delidded (properly) 10700k with copper IHS for $320 shipped.

I need to get a Mobo for it, I would like to run it at 5ghz. Problem I'm having is what board to get and what cooler?

For the board I don't need anything fancy, I run 1 1tb nvme drive, I would like a bunch of sys fan headers as I will have a bunch of fans in the case. I could care less the color, just need something decent to get the job done here

I have a lian li pc011 case with corsair vengenace pro rgb ram ( 2 16gb sticks) so big air coolers wont fit in this case. Looks like I need to go AIO and I don't mind that but there are so many to choose from I have no clue what would be sufficient to get the job done. Would a 240/280mm work or do I need a 360mm Aio? What particular model should I be looking at getting?

I am not interested in going ryzen, I have used 1st 2nd and 3rd gen and want to go intel now. No desire to go with ryzen 4000 for this build

probably either of these:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/YNTzK8/msi-mpg-z490-gaming-plus-atx-lga1200-motherboard-mpg-z490-gaming-plus

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZJ2bt6/msi-mpg-z490-gaming-edge-wifi-atx-lga1200-motherboard-mpg-z490-gaming-edge-wifi

and an arctic liquid freezer or similar 360mm rad, as the o11 only fits 120mm fans. the arctic is the best bang for your buck and highest cooling performance but you may not like how it looks. that plus the cheaper msi would fit in your budget and be a good no-frills combo.

topics i need help on:

Spoiler

my "oops i bought intel right before zen 3 releases" build

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (placeholder)

GPU: Gigabyte 980ti Xtreme (also placeholder), deshroud w/ generic 1200rpm 120mm fans x2, stock bios 130% power, no voltage offset: +70 core +400 mem

Memory: 2x16gb GSkill Trident Z RGB 3600C16, 14-15-30-288@1.45v

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S w/ white chromax bling
OS Drive: Samsung PM981 1tb (OEM 970 Evo)

Storage Drive: XPG SX8200 Pro 2tb

Backup Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 4TB

PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 750W w/ black/white Cablemod extensions
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C Dark (to be replaced with a good case shortly)

basically everything was bought used off of reddit or here, only new component was the case. absolutely nutty deals for some of these parts, ill have to tally it all up once it's "done" :D

Is there a big difference between the 360mm aio coolers? I could care less about the fans having RGB or not, i can always change them out later if I want to. I just want to keep this thing cool

Well main difference being that the 360mm is well.. larger and will perform better because it is a 360mm, but the 280mm should be good enough for a 10700k.

I'm asking between a evga 360mm, corsair 360mm, arctic freezer 360mm or are they pretty equal in terms of quality and cooling capability?

The arctic freezer one is quite decent and it' their own design.

You can watch how it performs.
