Asus rog maximus x hero z370 + Kingston A2000 Nvme m.2 PCIe

Short answer, yes it does. 

Do you already have this board and do you already have a coffee lake cpu? 

If not, don't get a z370 board and a coffee lake cpu, don't bother with lga1151 at all since that's a more or less dead platform, either comet lake or zen 2 or wait for zen 3.

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Because it's a platform that wont get updated, as i said, if you already have it then sure, but if you're building a new build, either zen 2 or comet lake or wait for zen 3, but to answer your question again, yes the a2000 will work.
