My Laptop gives very little FPS

Hi everyone, i need help with my laptop

Specifications:

MSI GL63 9SFK
Intel Core i7 9750h
Nvidia RTX 2070

16 GB RAM

about a week ago i had no issue playing on this laptop and then suddenly the games started lagging and i get 20 to 30 fps in every game, i tried uninstall and reinstall the Nvidia drivers and still the same, i also tested the games in lowest quality but my games are still laggy and i still get very little FPS, can somebody help me with that?

When you get low FPS is the charger plugged in? Also have you checked temperatures using something like hwinfo?

welcome to the forum! are your fans ramping up really loud, or is the computer really hot? also, in the bios of the computer, is anything undervolted? finally, check on msi afterburner, see how your gpu is doing. post stuff here

The fans are always loud even on idle
