Remove cigarette smell from games and such

So I got some second hand 360 games and some of them have smells of cigarettes is there a way to remove it without like buying new cases? also is a ps3 but seems clear

The short answer is no. That shit gets into everything at a molecular level. You risk destroying the item to get the smell out. I'm not really sure how porous or susceptible a CD is to picking up smells but I had a strawberry shortcake DVD that was strawberry scented and 12 years later it still smells like day 1. Look up ways people clean homes. They mostly use steam, heat, and chemicals

Air them out.  Open the case and hang the case/dvd in the path of a box fan.  It'll take a while, but the smell eventually wears off.  I bought a used car with cigarette smoke smell, and lowering the windows while driving got the smell out in about a month.

I once had an offer to get paid for cleaning up a and restore PC that "died" due to smoking around it during the mid-90's. The entire Household smoked like at least one pack a day, and said computer reek like it too.

 

The Smell gave me fits of coughing like I was choking. Needless to say, I refusing to do it. A friend of mine did it for ~$200. He used Rubbing Alcohol and Q-Tips and the job made him sick for a dew days... 

 

I think it six people who were heavy smokers that lived there. That was the first time I ever even heard of, much less encountered a computer that died of folks smoking.

My moms phone case has this issue. I've cleaned it with dish soap and even scrubbed a bit. You can get it to the point that it doesn't stink up a room but once you get it on there it kinda is stuck. AKA if you smell the case its likely to always have a hint.
