I think it should have asked you on the gleam.io submission page, they should pick the top 29 in the next week or so, and you will know the winners when the release the winners videos.

I talked to CPotter and he said they whittle it down to 100, then him, Linus, and 2 other people are the ones who pick the winners. So I doubt they'll reveal a top 20. Maybe in the honorable mentions for the winners.
