I know new amd cpus are coming out soon. But this seems like such a good deal...…. 

 

I've never ordered anything from ebay. But how do i find out if this CPU has been used? or the person is trustable selling it?

It's not exactly a good deal. Since the CPU may be used, you get no warranty and no cooler either. You're better off paying the extra 30£ and getting it of amazon.

I doubt the cooler is a deal breaker, they probably have a cooler already, but IMO no warranty definitely is for just £30 less.
