What resolution are you targeting and at what FPS? for 1080p extremely high refresh rates, Intel beats Ryzen by a small margin. at 1440p or 2160p they're equal.

If it was my money:

This is around $1200 without the GPU, so you should be able to fit the 3080 in there

AMD Ryzen 3950x under a Noctua D15S, 32 Gb G Skill FlareX 3200 DDR4 running at 3200 CL14, Gigabyte Aorus Pro 570 Wifi, Gigabyte 2070 Super hooked to a Dell U2718Q 4k HDR monitor & an Acer 1440p 144hz IPS panel of some kind, an Inland 1 TB M.2 PCIE 4 main drive, a Samsung NVME M.2 250Gb, WD Blue 500Gb  and 1 TB SSDs, Corsair RMX750, Rainbows and butterflies...

you know you can simply embed pcpp list by simply posting the link?

I forgot how to do that, and I was sleepy... hence the screenshot

i changed the case as in my opinion the NZXT one you have is a literal oven and wouldn't recommend it. You could drop price here by going with 1TB. (i also included the price of a 3080 if it comes back in stock anywhere).

The case is going to sit on a carpet floor, and the room at 78-80°F. So side vents are needed.
