P12 pwm and p14 pwm from arctic are ranked very high and are easy on the wallet.

I like deep cool lighting strip as it lighting is solid, it magnetic and also easy on the wallet. But what type of strip you get will depend on what rgb header your motherboard has

What kind of light strip are you planning on using? Is it RGB? What motherboard do you have, and what kind of RGB is compatible with it. Are you just planning on using standard non-RGB LED strips? Do you want your case fans to light up. Do you plan on using a liquid cooler, if so are you planning on keeping the fans that came with it? What do you want out of your fans, silence, airflow, static pressure? What kind of noise do you prefer, low or high frequency?
