Anyone got any suggestions for what to do with an old WD Sentinel DX4000? Im currenly trying to figure out how to reinstall windows server 2008 on it but im open to other things. Ideally if I could put Synologys DSM on it I would be happy but im not sure that I can.

Really depends on what you wanna do with it, this might help you a bit https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted. There is some seriously sick stuff in there

Part of the issue too is getting the software to actualy load on the device. If you happen to know of any guides that help I would appreciate it. I cant find anything helpful
