do you remember right after gtx10x0 launch, there was a nightmare of gpu mining lead to increadible high selling price.

how likely will rtx3000 shortage cause same effect to market?

so getting a rtx2000 now may not be a really bad bet?

If anything, it's going to be a fantastic time to pick up a card. You now have the 3070, which edges out a 2080 Ti at $500. There's already people dumping their 2080 Tis for like $300 on the used market.
