Budget cpu for 1060 6gb

I'm trying to build my little sister a computer with my old 1060 6gb but I don't know a decent CPU to pair it with (I need to buy the motherboard, SSD, and RAM)

 

I am able to go to the Microcenter in Mayfield Heights

I would go for the Ryzen 3 3300X, if you can find one.

Pair that with a budget B550 board and 16GB (2x8) of standard 3200MHz CL16 RAM.

 

Everything below this is starting to get bad from a bang for buck point of view, so if the budget doesn't stretch this far, perhaps the second hand market is an option.
