Low latency bluetooth dongle for pc(Surface Headphones 2)

So I bought Surface Headphones 2 (with aptx), they are working fine with my phone (low latency), however on my pc there is a lot of latency because my pc only has bluetooth 4.0, so I was thinking that there may be a better way to have low latency with a cable. Pls send me some usable pc bluetooth adapter for pc, or some experienced help would be nice, thx

If you're gaming, Bluetooth will never be good enough (at least in the present day). If you're seeing a delay for other media, then a better Bluetooth adaptor may help. Budget, country, USB or PCIe?
