Brush for cleaning motherboard

Long story short I found this brush while cleaning in my office and I want to know if I could use it to clean my laptop's motherboard from dust.

P.S it's made from plastic, head and handle

its fine. Hell I have just washed a motherboard the other day. Just remove the CMOS battery, wash the board and let it dry out really well and you are good to go.

System Spec: H87 mobo from Zotac, I3 4130, 4GB ddr3 1600mhz Cas 11, WD green 2TB all in side of a Cooler Mater Elite 120

While there should be no problem, I wouldn't recommend being too violent with it. A buddy of mine somehow knocked off a capacitor while cleaning his mobo (still no idea how he managed that).

In real life, I act like I know less about tech than I actually do.

Main build: CPU: AMD Phenom ii X4 955 Black Edition @ 4,0GHz (Cooler Master 212) | GPU: MSI RX580 8Gb | RAM: 12Gb DDR3 | PSU: Chieftec CTB-500S  | Mobo: Asus M4A87TD/USB3 | Storage: Seagate 500Gb HDD

Yes, I'm aware my CPU is a huge bottleneck. No, I don't really care.

Laptop: Asus TUF FX505DT 60Hz 8Gb model

If made up of plastic and soft enough, I think it should be more than sufficient. I used a hard brush in the past and later realized that it was not a good option at all.
