My pc doesnt boot with 2 monitors plugged in.

So if have both monitors plugged in my pc just sits on a black screen but if i have only one plugged in it works.

What happens when you boot into windows and then connect 2nd monitor?

it works its just annoying to do that every time i turn my pc on

When you have that black screen, is Windows loading up like normal in the background?  If so, it could be a display configuration or driver issue?

my second monitor is the monitor it uses for bios and everything and that one flashes for a second

So you're saying having the cable plugged in completely prevent boot up?  That can be caused by a faulty cable.  Although it working after you're in Windows would indicate otherwise.  You should try a different cable just in case.
