PC turns on but no signal to monitor (pictures)

Hey guys, first time PC builder here. I've assembled the machine and when I turn it on the CPU cooler fans, GPU fans, and case fans all appear to function normally. However, my monitor picks up no signal when I connect it to my GPU via HDMI (I've tested the monitor with other devices). Although I didn't connect a keyboard, I believe it should still post(?) I've attached photos of my build and listed the parts below. Any obvious issues you can see from here?

try dp

also you have ez debug lights. power the system on and look at them. whichever if there is a problem with boot, cpu, gpu or ram, the corresponding led will light up

Did you plug the display into 1650S's hdmi port?

Thanks! I didn't know about the debug lights. I'm away from my PC right now but I'll give it a look once I can. Also, does DP stand for display port?

Yeah, I tried it both ways although no igpu so should be 1650S.

1. Make sure your BIOS version is compatible with the CPU generation you're trying to run in your motherboard, you can consult the manual or the manufacturer's website about this.
2. Check if EVERY power cable is connected. Auxiliary power connectors included.
3. Make sure the cable coming from your monitor is attached securely to the graphics card. Also make sure it is securely attached to the monitor itself.
4. Make sure your PSU is powerful enough to power your complete system.
5. Make sure your monitor works by testing it on a different computer.
6. If you have both a dedicated GPU and an iGPU, try your monitor on both the outputs on the graphics cards as well as on the motherboard.
7. Make sure all connectors and cables are plugged in securely, reseat if necessary.
8. Make sure your RAM, CPU and GPU are plugged in securely, reseat if necessary.
9. If the motherboard you're using has debug LEDs, check the error code and consult the motherboard manual to see what it means.
10. If you have a debug speaker connected to the motherboard, note the beep sequence and consult the motherboard manual or this thread to see what it means.
11. Try clearing your CMOS.
12. Try booting your computer with only a motherboard, CPU and one stick of RAM attached (if you don't have an iGPU, plug in your GPU as well ).
13. Make sure your GPU works (if you have a dedicated one), try it in another computer.
14. Make sure your RAM works, try it another computer.
15. Make sure the RAM is compatible with your CPU and your motherboard.

I'd start with clearing CMOS, if you haven't done that yet.

This is just an aside, but do you know what's going on with my PSU to GPU cable? It's not modular but why are there two seemingly identical ends diverging in some kind of Y shape?

This is normal. The single cable from the PSU is capable of carrying enough power for GPUs that require up to 2x8-pin connectors. Doing it this way saves cost, reduces complexity, and maximizes compatibility since the one cable its capable of powering GPUs that require everything from 1x6 pin like yours all the way up to 2x8 pin.
