-WHEA Error Event 1 A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Manny67
I did reformat and fresh install of Windows a few weeks ago on a 6-month-old build and have noticed the following error appearing in my event log, and have not been able to troubleshoot it. The error usually appears every 5-6 days and I am not experiencing noticeable issues. Do I have a piece of hardware that is going out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If any additional info is required please let me know. I am still new at this. The error reads "A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event." Data info below:

Are you overclocking anything? If so, revert everything to factory defaults.

Try a memory diagnostics test. If that seems fine you can then try the following:

Do you have multiple sticks of RAM? If so, try 1 stick of memory at a time. If that fails, try another slot. Continue this process until you've tried all memory sticks and determined you don't have a faulty socket.

Do you have your OS installed on the 500GB nvme drive?
