Micro ATX case that is compact and has handles

Does anyone have experience or knowledge of a micro atx case that is compact and has some kind of carrying system. Something like a handle on top or has a frame that can be grabbed?

 

Looks like from what I can find is that ITX cases seem to be the style that comes with some kind of carrying system.

Lian li had one at one point.  There was literally a suitcase handle bolted to the top.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Sliger Cerberus is very compact for a (full) atx case and can be outfitted with a handle.

Cerberus is MicroATX I believe. Cerberus X is the full ATX version.

Maybe the MasterCooler Q300 series, it seems to fit your criteria

 

The Q300p includes the handles OOTB while the Q300l has optional handles that can be mounted in the corners or the top of the case
