can't enable dual channel

I can't seem to get dual channel to work on my build. I have enabled XMP in the bios. But when I check on the main bios page it doesn't say that i'm on dual channel (like on this screenshot) it shows both the RAM sticks but it doesn't say dual channel. I'm running a ryzen 3 2200g, hyperX fury RAM 2666mhz 2x8GB and a Asrock a320m hdv r4 mobo. The board supports dual channel I've checked. The bios has been updated as well. The RAM is also running only at 1333mhz when i check on cpu-z. When playing GTA V the RAM maxes out at 1750mhz. Is that normal? I can barely keep 30fps.

Specs:

Ryzen 3 2200G

Asrock A320M HDV R4 mobo

RX 570 4gb

HyperX fury 2x8GB 2666mhz

coolermaster masterwatt 550W

Western digital ssd 256 boot drive

1TB western digital HDD

Please help :/

RAM is Double Data Rate, meaning 1333mhz = effective 2666mhz.

But I do not know what you mean with your RAM maxes at 1750mhz, are you sure thats your RAM and not your VRAM?

Sure it does.

Dual Channel Memory Mode

As said above, 1333Mhz is correct since its DDR or Double Data Rate. Double 1333 is 2666.

Can you take a screenshot of the issue and post it so we can see exactly what you're referring to?

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

I think the screenshot is just an example, also says different CPU.
