I don't see anything unmanly in sometimes listening to girly music, let alone female performers. Nor is there anything anywhere close to cheating to be found in simply enjoying a female singer's voice in case a partner's jealousy has a role in this question. On the other hand, I do sympathize with people whose significant others overdo the idolization of celebrities. I do in fact believe it to be unethical to harbour even platonic crushes on outsiders, even celebs (as in nothing making a celebrity actor or singer different from a colleague at work), when in a committed monogamous relationship. Or rather mere fascination and appreciation would not be unethical (and committed does not mean blind or deaf), but when it goes further, as in some sort of imaginary quasi-relationship, then such a fan attachment could in fact become ethically questionable. Not that anybody was asking for a sermon.

Nah, there's nothing wrong with listening to anything, including synthetic voices. The thing that some people troll others with is knowing that a certain band or group is super popular with a certain demographic. So you get snobby "oh you like (group/singer), the ones the tween girls like?" type of nonsense. There is nothing wrong with you, personally, liking a group.

 

There is something wrong if you like a group because of a certain message they bring. You have to recognize that any commercialized music is meant to sell more music and merchandise, and if you support a band, you support the message the band brings with it. So while there is nothing specifically wrong with liking a band, you can mistakenly support messages that you're not cool with. If someone points that out, you might never see that band or singer in the same light again.
