How to turn ANC off but still use? Sony wh-1000xm3

So i recently bought the sony wh-1000xm3 but i don't know how to turn ANC off but don't enables The ambient sound.

You keep pressing the button. It has multiple options;
Ambient sound, ambient sound control off, noise cancelling.

If you have the app, you can permanently disable adaptive sound control and turn off noise cancelling.

 

Unfortunately turning off the ANC significantly reduces the sound quality, since the low and mid frequency response rely heavily on the ANC feedback loop.
