Can the RX 560 play 4K HEVC 10bit smoothly?
if not, can you suggest me a gpu that can play 4K HEVC 10bit

no a rx 560 is only 4gb of vram and you need at least 6gb. not only that but a rx560 is gddr5 so it would studer like hell. the best radeon gpu for 4k is the rx5600 and the best gpu for it is the rtx 2060 .( I know this because I have a rx560 and I tried it on my 4k tv)

GT 1030 or GTX 1650, depending on the Chroma Subsampling.

first of all i ment buget and good

second 4gbb isnt enough I have a rx560 pc that i dont use anymore so i used it on my 4k tv and it was laggy and studery. I was just watching a movie

i have used gt 1030 with 2 gigs of ddr 3 (not even gddr 3) on a 4k tv and it did not sutter at all.

 

Edit: It was not 10 bit 4k but it still ran fine.

Yes, it does. The whole polaris line can do hevc 10 bit. Be aware that they can't do proper VP9 decoding tho.

That has nothing to do with video decoding. Even an igpu in a modern intel CPU can decode such videos at 4k with no lag at all.
