Games are missing from one moment to another, but they can be found in found.xxx folders

Hi guys, i am a little bit confused and i might need a little help. I wanted to play R6S, and it wouldn't start, uplay told me that he files are corrupted. It's fine, i checked the files and repaired it. But as i have seen, one of my games went missing from uplay. I have checked the folders, and guess what, the whole folder was missing along with the space the installation took. I decided to give up at that time, because i was sleepy. But today, i ran this command: attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.* and now, all i've got is some weired found.xxx folders, with some of my games in it. Today i've noticed that 5 more games went missing, along with that one from last night. WTF are these weired folders, and can i just restore all the files from it, should i delete these folders or i'd better leave them alone? (Sorry if i've made any mistakes writing this i live in austria)

You've had disk corruption. I would check it in case of hardware faults. Is it a hard disk or SSD? Either way, I'd do a long test on it using the manufacturer's diagnostic tool. If there are no hardware faults, then it would point to some other cause.
