I want a clean metallic looking GPU

 Possibly white?  like the RTX founders editions I really love those. One under around 250? max 270

I'm sorry what are you asking? Are you looking for a graphics card or a cooler to apply to a current one?

@BlueScope819 so I can see your post

I’m guessing OP means s/he wants a metallic or white colored GPU shroud but the budget is too low for a newer card so s/he has to buy an older used card and is wondering what is available by shroud styling rather than power.

The problem is styling goes by period.  Older cards will have different styling.  Gold was even popular for a while as were stickers of scantily clad women.

My personal suggestion in this case is a can of mirror finish paint, buy whatever card you want, remove the shroud, mask it off, and spray it mirror finish. (Follow the directions. Mirror finish paint is exceptionally twitchy even for spray paint)  Maybe an extra $15-30 plus labor.  It will almost certainly want a clear coat and possibly a primer underneath.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Aluminium foil on whatever card you already have? No other cards on the cheap I'm aware of with that mirror or brushed aluminium shroud.

@iamkirigiver

I've edited your post, but it still lacks info. Like what currency and is the looks main thing beyond anything else like actual model of GPU.
