About ryzen 4000.

Do i buy a 3600(x) with mb and wait for r4000, or do i just wait for next gen?

Will x570 be compatible with r4000?

I have 6700k, and it is stupid slow. So i just wanna se your oppinion.

Ryzen 400 IS next gen.  Yes X570 will be compatible with it.  Don't get the 3600x, the non X one is cheaper and performs exactly the same.

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

When there is no danger of failure there is no pleasure in success.

Yea, the 3600 is a beast. I have another one with that cpu and a 980. And its performing better than my 6700k and 1080ti.. lol

Which CPU exactly? Ryzen 4000 can include the impending Zen 3 desktop CPUs, as well as the Zen 2 APUs that exist today.

If you mean Zen 3, I'd lean towards waiting it out since the chances are we'll get it before the year is out. At least then you can check out whatever the latest mobo chipset will be, rather than the compatibility gamble from older generations. It'll work, but there's always little details that crop up when you start digging.

Ryzen 4000 includes Zen 2 APUs and eventually Zen 3 desktop CPUs. AMD have copied many things from Intel over the years, but I really wish they didn't copy the stupid generational naming mismatch Intel used to do as well.

Main system: i9-7980XE, Asus X299 TUF mark 2, Noctua D15, Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200 3x 16GB 2R, RTX 3070, NZXT E850, GameMax Abyss, Samsung 980 Pro 2TB, Acer Predator XB241YU 24" 1440p 144Hz G-Sync + HP LP2475w 24" 1200p 60Hz wide gamut
Gaming laptop: Lenovo Legion 5, 5800H, RTX 3070, Kingston DDR4 3200C22 2x16GB 2Rx8, Kingston Fury Renegade 1TB + Crucial P1 1TB SSD, 165 Hz IPS 1080p G-Sync Compatible

Ryzen 4000 worth the wait.

I really don't need to rush if  i already have 6700k.

Buy a better gpu for now, or up your ram.

Yes X570 will support 4000.

I have 1080ti and 32gb, so dont really need anything else than a better cpu for multitasking.

for what purpose?

6700k Is a best and paying more money just for 6C/12T is a waste of money, for extra 2C.

The only benefit over 6700K is with 3700X,but then again for what you need extra cores?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

Dont worry about what im doing. Im gaming, editing, streaming etc.

The 6700k is "fine", but i can feel that my secondary pc with 3600 is gaming way better somehow.

I'll tell you just cuz I have 6700K it's still a beast for everything you plan to do.

Since you are rude,I won't post here anymore.
