Fake HyperX Fury = Inverted RAM?

I bought ordered a HyperX Fury 2400MHz DDR4 RAM and it seems the heatsink is inverted. Is it fake?

I’m not really worried if it is fake AT LEAST it works because my pc isn’t for gaming(yet) plus, my motherboard(Asus H110M-K) does support XMP and my CPU(i5 6400) doesn’t support high frequency RAM anyway.

EDIT: I chose a wrong word.
