Xcp-ng igpu?

If a system with xcp-ng (3900x and a gt710 (just for booting up)) has windows and the chip itself does not have an igpu will it work? Or do I need a chip with igpu if I don't have a dedicated gpu?

It will work I'm pretty sure, I did the same thing with an Intel iGPU and no other GPUs in the system.
