flashing asus GPU bios into Zotac GPU

I would like to have 0 db fan stop feature in my Zotac RTX 2070 super amp extreme card so, for this can I flash Asus ROG strix RTX 2070 super BIOS in it?

No. It would brick the card if not compatible.
