Some days ago, I get a Xeon Phi Co-processor on XianYu (Like ebay), when I get it and open its cover, I was so surprised, here are its pictures.

(I know Xeon Phi is not GPU)

Its core is same as Intel Xeon Phi x200 family CPU. But its BGA.

This Xeon Phi has a PLX:PEX8733 and intel chipset C612J.   It has a MicroUSB to test.

I don't know why, intel often make some so strange EngineeringSample like this.

Those are co-processors, not GPU's, aren't they?

Yeah I was going to say, looks like a System on a Card, a specialised PC you place into a PCIe slot to offload specific workloads.

Some people seem to miss that PCIe was not only created for GPUs, its just in the consumer space you don't generally need 16 lanes for anything except a GPU.  In the data centre and for specialised workloads, things are very different.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

It's not really a "fake GPU" though. It's a coprocessor, which has its own use entirely. The Eiffel 6500 and the Xeon Phi's are vastly different. If you bought one expecting the other, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Xeon Phi exists and can be bought already, and no it cannot be used as a GPU, it has no display outputs.

Seen these all over eBay.

4-way HT is neat tho.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example.
