as the people above say there are new things coming out, but also prices are insane right now. I looked at an 850 watt psu another poster asked about and it was over 400 dollars

Is that because of the pandemic?

Actually, probably not. All those prices seem pretty reasonable. Even the PSU is not badly priced.

You'll probably be able to get a rtx 3070 soon which is probably going to perform a good bit better if you wait a little bit. Also that is such an overkill psu but there simply are none other available so yes you would also be able to get a cheaper good quality psu. Right now it's a bad time to buy a new pc and also just a poor timing for it if you can wait.

It's not that the prices of your parts will be cheaper, but you'll be able to get significantly better parts for the same price, or save a bunch of money.

If you really want to buy now, you could pick up everything but the GPU. The jump to the 4000 series won't be massive, and it'll be more expensive than the 3600 is currently.

You could then buy a used GPU to tide you over until the new ones launch. That's what I'd be doing.

it's a 750 watt tier A psu, its cheaper than a mwe gold 650 which is a tier below it, PSU prices are not in the greatest condition right now.

Buy now unless you are certain there is something specific you want that is coming out in a few months.

There are always new products coming down the pipe, so don't stress it.

I think you should probably wait, I don't know if the situation on north america is the same as here in Brazil but christ, some computer parts are almost triple of their original prices in here due to the pandemic.
