Bent CPU socket pins affecting RAM slots?

Pc boots when i have one ram in DIMMA 2 slot but when i try to boot with 2 stick of rams (2x8gb) ez debug lights jump from cpu to ram and then from ram to cpu.I checked a couple of days ago to see if there is some bent pins and saw that there were maybe 2-3 pins bent but pc still boots and temperatures are good. I have a MSI Z390 PRO CARBON AC with LGA 1151 Socket. Bent cpu pins

Certain pins could do that, yes. It could also be a bad RAM stick or slot unless you tested them elsewhere.

If the bent pins are related to the memory channels, then yeah that's most likely your cause.

That is often a symptom of broken or bent CPU pins, often in fact one or more memory channels stop working, you should try to bend it back or get a new motherboard

If simply off a little to one side it's no big deal, just push them (Gently) back over in place.
If the pins are really (Noticably) bent as in deformed to some degree it's harder to do but still possible. Big thing in any case is to go SLOW with it to reduce the chance of a pin breaking while getting it back in place.

Both ram sticks work, and also im trying to find lga 1151 socket for z390 MOB but its to pixelated to se, if anyone has one i'd be thankfull

The photo that i put on the post shows the bent cpu pins and by lookin at the layout its location is M11,i've looked on internet about that but nothing came up
