They make cringey ads and marketing promotions at Apple’s expense, yet they always end up following Apple’s practices (see removing the headphone jack in 2016-2017 and pricing phones at the $1000 or more price point starting 2017 after the iphone X), yet they fail to support their products for more than 2 years at most from a software point of view.

I think Samsung is a better company. That's just my opinion though. I'm definitely biased against any apple products.

Both are good companies and cater well to their respective audiences. No need to compare them
