Is out there some sort of a very big range bluetooth hdmi ?

Gustavo Dutra

I've got a 4k tv on my room near the kitchen, and my pc is in my bedroom. My bedroom is quite far from the tv and so is my pc.

I was wondering if somehow i could display my pc to my tv without having to you know.... Bringing my pc to the tv which would be a pain in the ass.

The model is important. As even the cheap roku tv's have screen mirroring over the network.

  • 2010 - WiDi 1.0 - Supports 720p[8]
  • 2011 - WiDi 2.0 - Supports 1080p[9]
  • 2012 - WiDi 3.0 - Supports 1080p @ 60 FPS[10]
  • September 2012 - WiDi 3.5 - Supports Windows 8, touch functionality, 1080p output, 3D content, HDCP2, Blu-ray, and USB devices and Miracast.[11]
  • 2013 - WiDi 4.0[citation needed]
  • 2014 - WiDi 4.1[12]
  • 2014 - WiDi 4.2 - 5 GHz Wi-Fi support (with compatible receiver)[12]
  • 2015 - WiDi 5.1 - Supports 4k - Ultra HD displays.[13][14][15]

I kind of found a way. Installed the desktop remote acces from chrome on my main pc and laptop. Connect the laptop to the tv and connect my bluetooth controller on my laptop.
Its a bit of a hussle, but i think it might work.

I will test it later tho, i'm currently working....
