Oculus quest vr cover silicone

I currently use my oculus quest  fully stock and after a long session usually, my face is fully red and it causes me to break out easily. It also is slightly uncomfortable 

 

 

Would the silicone face cover prevent my face from having red marks after a session?

If it is a medical grade silicone then yes unless you're allergic to sillicone

You would still have red pressure marks where the gasket was pushing against your face but if your issue is more related to sweat and bacteria in the foam causing a breakout the silicone would be much easier to clean and be more hygienic.  The stock Quest straps are known to not be the most comfortable for longer play sessions, may people use an aftermarket or modified head strap like a VIve deluxe audio strap and adapters to balance the weight a bit better.
